Sunshine 5K/Little Lights 1Mile 5/30/26 10:00 a.m.

May is Brain Tumor Awareness Month, and Emily's Light is capping off the month by hosting a Free Family Fun 5K/1Mile: "Sunshine 5K and Little Lights Kids 1 Mile"

Bring your family and join us for a morning to run/walk together on the Little Miami Trail, wear a new t-shirt, indulge in some free 50 West fries with your sandwich purchase if you'd like, and enjoy the usually nice May weather all while learning more about the plight of the young adult facing brain cancer.  

First 50 registrants get a free t-shirt from Emily's Light and the free fries offer from 50 West.  Deadline to register to get the t-shirt is 5/12 by 11:55 p.m.  If you'd like your kids to have a t-shirt and/or run the Little Lights Kids 1 Mile, please also register them.  

* Run/Walk will be on the trail which is also open for public use

* Bibbed and timed using Webscorer.  

* Water station available at about the 1 mile mark.  

* Awards from Fleet Feet given for top 3 Male & Female.  

* Face painting and more offered for kids

* Raffle baskets available

* Hear from one of our young adult friends facing brain cancer

* Check in at 10:00.  First run will be begin by 10:20.
